How Does Off-Market Work in Immomig®?

With this new feature, you can now activate Off-Market mode directly from your Immomig® CRM. Specifically, the listing is published on your Immomig® website (Pelican technology) and on dreamo.ch, but with a display that is adapted to preserve confidentiality:

• Only one photo is visible, and it is blurred to prevent the property from being identified.
• Descriptions are hidden.
• The presentation PDF is not downloadable.
• The location is shown as a centralized zone on the maps.
• Sensitive information is hidden in automatic emails.
• The price, property title, and amenities remain visible to maintain attractiveness.

The Off-Market feature is accessible to all Immomig® clients who publish their properties on dreamo.ch. However, for off-market distribution directly on an agency's website, it is reserved for clients with an Immomig® site based on Pelican technology, which includes our real estate CMS.

How to Activate This Option?

Go to an active property, select the Publication > Publication options section, and choose "Yes" for the "Publish this property as Off-Market" option. There are no complex steps: everything is natively integrated into your Immomig® CRM.
