30 days of visibility, flexible selection
For CHF 49.- per location, the Top Listing Elite SwissMLS allows you to highlight a property for 30 days on both dreamo.ch, properstar.ch and urbanhome.ch. During this period, you can replace the selected property as often as you like, without any additional costs.
For example, you can promote a new listing for a few days and then use the same location for another property. This way, you can make the most of your 30 days of visibility according to your marketing needs.
To support several properties at the same time, you can purchase several locations: each location can only accommodate one listing at a time.
You choose, or the automatic selection takes over
You can manually select the properties you want to highlight. If a location remains unselected, an eligible property is automatically selected to fill the location.
This way, your locations are used even if you haven’t yet selected all your listings. You can always take over the selection process at any time.
A presentation that attracts attention
Your listings are highlighted on the selected SwissMLS platforms, currently dreamo.ch, properstar.ch and urbanhome.ch.
On dreamo.ch, they also stand out with a special frame and can potentially appear on the homepage.
