Blocking a contact in your CRM: you asked for it, we developed it
Some developments are the direct result of needs expressed in the field. Following feedback from our clients, Immomig® has introduced a new feature that allows contacts to be blocked directly from the CRM: the “Blacklist” project.

Better control of your contact database

Managing contacts is part of the daily routine of real estate agencies. Between repeated requests, unsuitable applications or special situations, it sometimes becomes necessary to limit certain interactions in order to preserve the quality of commercial follow-up.
The new blocking feature now makes it possible to clearly identify the contacts concerned and to adapt their management within the CRM. When a contact is blocked, a reason can be entered to ensure better internal traceability and a clear overview for the entire team.

Clear visibility for the entire team

When a contact is blocked, it remains perfectly identifiable in the IMMOMIG environment. Its name appears in red throughout the CRM and a blocking icon is displayed next to it. When you hover over the icon, a tooltip automatically displays who blocked the contact, from what date and for what reason. This immediate visibility helps to avoid confusion and ensures consistent management by team members.

Automatic actions for consistent management

The blocking is not limited to a simple visual status: it directly affects the interactions related to the contact. In practice, all pending contact requests are canceled, the contact is unsubscribed from newsletters and alert e-mails, his DigiRENT applications are stopped, he is excluded from matchings and no longer has access to the website. The goal is to ensure centralized management and avoid any unwanted interaction.

An evolution designed with professionals in mind

With this feature, IMMOMIG SA is pursuing its goal of continuous improvement by integrating user feedback directly into product development. The Blacklist project illustrates this close collaboration with agencies, by offering a simple tool that strengthens the control of CRM processes while optimizing daily organization.
