The year 2025 was particularly eventful for IMMOMIG SA.
 More than 100 new features were deployed to strengthen the ecosystem that supports our clients on a daily basis: Immomig®, DigiRENT and dreamo.ch.
Whether it was automation, artificial intelligence, communication or dissemination, our goal remained the same throughout the year: to save you time and simplify your processes. Here is a look back at some of the highlights of 2025.

DigiRENT 3.0: a new milestone for digital rental

With the launch of DigiRENT 3.0, digital rental has reached a new milestone.
This version marks a major evolution, with greater integration of artificial intelligence and increased automation of rental processes.

Among the key advances:

• Intelligent document detection by AI, which enables automatic pre-verification of application files,
• A structured messenger linked to objects and contacts, which can be managed by a team, for clear and contextualized exchanges,
• An enriched timeline, integrating applications and communications,
• New rental KPIs for precise monitoring of deadlines and performance,
• Simplified tools for termination, scheduling visits and team collaboration.

The result: more fluid, reliable and efficient rental management.

A new Immomig®mailing tool for simplified communications

In 2025, Immomig® also added a new, completely redesigned mailing tool.

Thanks to an intuitive WYSIWYG interface, it is now possible to:

• create and send multilingual e-mails in a single operation,
• preview messages accurately before sending them (WYSIWYG: What You See Is What You Get),
• easily manage templates, signatures and attachments,
• send targeted or bulk mailings directly from the CRM or properties.

This new tool allows you to gain consistency, professionalism and efficiency without technical complexity.

AI-based real estate search is now available on dreamo.ch

For users, dreamo.ch has laid the foundations for a new real estate search experience, thanks to artificial intelligence.

With the AI search assistant, users can now:

• describe their search in a few words,
• formulate their criteria in a natural way,
• obtain relevant results without relying solely on classic filters.

An innovation that makes the search more intuitive, faster and more personalized, while strengthening the quality of the match between supply and demand.

Major developments for Immomig®

The Immomig® websites also saw many improvements in 2025.

Among the most notable new features:

• a new blog editor, integrated directly into the CMS, with multilingualism, dynamic components and SEO optimization,
• the Off-Market publication, allowing for controlled and confidential dissemination of desired properties,
• the Top Listing feature, to highlight strategic objects and maximize their visibility,
• an increasingly advanced integration between the website, CRM and real estate data.

The goal: to offer agencies a fully connected, scalable website designed for real estate use.

And what about 2026?

After a 2025 marked by numerous innovations, IMMOMIG SA is approaching 2026 with ambition.

New developments are already being prepared to continue to:
