Immomig® AI automates this process: from the information entered for a property, it generates in a few seconds a title and a complete description, adapted to the identity and tone of your brand. You can customize your rules, specify the elements to include, and then adjust the final text if necessary. The result: professional, consistent and ready-to-publish ads, quickly, for a controlled image and considerable time savings.


Manually entering all the characteristics of a property can quickly become tedious, especially when you have to enter several new properties into the software. 
This module uses intelligent image analysis to help you with the input: by looking at your photos, the AI automatically identifies the main assets of the property (balcony, open kitchen, fireplace, etc.) and suggests a list of characteristics for you to validate. With this valuable help, your property sheets are more complete, more precise and more attractive, while saving you precious time.

Processing dozens of rental applications is a time-consuming task, especially when you have to manually check each document: ID card, certificate of no criminal record, pay slips, etc. 
The artificial intelligence integrated in DigiRENT will automate this preliminary check by verifying the validity and consistency of the documents transmitted. If an ID card is expired, if a certificate is too old or if the file type is incorrect, the system will immediately flag it.
 This intelligent pre-check does not replace human judgment, but it simplifies the work of managers and allows them to focus on the qualitative selection of candidates.
