Intelligent document detection using AI

This is one of the major innovations of DigiRENT 3.0. An artificial intelligence module automatically checks the documents submitted by applicants and alerts you in case of inconsistencies:
  • Last name, first name, date of birth, or nationality stated in the application form do not match the ID document
  • Expired identity document
  • Certificate from the debt collection register that is too old
  • Wrong type of document attached (e.g., photo instead of pay slips)

This pre-verification helps you in your process and saves you valuable time.


New Messenger by property, by contact, and internally

Communication is now much clearer and more structured. With DigiRENT 3.0, each conversation is linked to a specific contact and property. No more mixed-up exchanges: you know immediately which property and which candidate the discussion relates to. On the agency side, each conversation appears directly in the property timeline and is linked to the contact file. In addition, an internal messenger has been introduced, allowing employees to exchange information about a property (e.g., requesting the preparation of the lease after tenant approval). The result: smooth communication, both internally and externally, and enhanced follow-up.


Timeline enhanced with Messenger and DigiRENT applications

The property timeline has been enhanced and is now even more intuitive. In addition to the integrated messenger, it now displays a specific DigiRENT view listing all applications received for a property. With a single click, you can view an applicant's file, check their documents, and communicate directly with them via the associated messenger.


Automated generation of termination forms

Managing lease terminations is now much simpler. DigiRENT 3.0 allows you to email your tenants who wish to terminate their lease a standardized termination form, automatically generated in PDF format with information from the CRM (property reference, tenant contact details, etc.). Accompanied by an email template available in four languages, this document only needs to be dated, signed, and returned by the tenant. A real time-saver for your teams.


New application page by address and visit code

Thanks to a new component for your Immomig® websites, applicants can easily find a property they have visited and apply using a visit code received on their flyer. This page can also be accessed via the property address or a QR code on the visit flyer. The result: more reliable and better-managed applications.


New KPIs for accurate monitoring

DigiRENT controlling has been enhanced with three new key indicators:
  • Candidate selection time
  • Lease agreement preparation time
  • Lease signing time

These KPIs give you a clear view of the performance of your rental processes and allow you to quickly identify areas for improvement.


Improved visit flyer

The flyer automatically generated by DigiRENT is now even more comprehensive. It now includes more information about the property, detailed explanations of the application process, and a customizable checklist of documents that the applicant must provide depending on the type of property (parking space, apartment, house, etc.).


Enhanced client report with DigiRENT statistics

Reports for owners are now more transparent and clearer. You can now include DigiRENT statistics in your client reports: number of applications, graphs detailing applicant profiles (age, income, household size, employment status, etc.). This is an additional asset that will enhance the value of your management services in the eyes of your clients.


New team concept

Instead of assigning a property to a single agent, you can now create teams responsible for a property. All team members can collaborate, receive notifications, and respond to requests related to the property. A more flexible and collaborative approach that enhances your agency's responsiveness.


Online visit planner

A new module for your Immomig® websites allows candidates to suggest visit times directly. They indicate their availability (by day or by time slot), fill out a form, and the request is automatically sent to your agency. Simplicity for the candidate, time savings for the agency.

Finally, DigiRENT 3.0 allows you to customize the terms and conditions of use that applicants must accept before submitting their application. You can adapt the text to suit your needs and even provide different terms and conditions depending on the type of property.
