What is Swiss-MLS?

Swiss-MLS is a partnership between dreamo.ch, properstar.ch, and urbanhome.ch, three real estate portals that have joined forces to create an interconnected distribution network based on the new SwissRETS 3.0 standard.
The goal: to enable real estate agencies to gain visibility effortlessly, by making their listings automatically visible on the other partner portals.
In other words, if you publish a property on one of the member portals, it will automatically be distributed to the others.
Each portal, however, retains its own operating model.

How does it work for agencies?

1. You publish your properties on dreamo.ch as you do today
2. dreamo.ch exports your listings to the Swiss-MLS server
3. properstar.ch and urbanhome.ch import these properties and give them additional visibility
4. Leads generated on these portals for your properties are automatically sent to you

And vice versa: on dreamo.ch, you also benefit from properties published by properstar.ch and urbanhome.ch, which attracts new qualified visitors.
