Available in early August 2025, a new feature will be added to the Immomig® CRM: “Off-Market” publishing, a more discreet way to advertise your properties. This new feature is available to all customers with an Immomig® website based on Pelican technology.

What is “Off-Market” publishing?

It is a restricted advertising method designed to meet the confidentiality needs of certain properties or customers. When a property is published “Off-Market,” it is only visible on your Immomig® website and on dreamo.ch , but not on other portals. This mode deliberately limits the information displayed, while ensuring an effective online presence to generate interest.

In concrete terms, what changes?

By activating the “Off-Market” option, the property listing is automatically adapted to preserve its confidentiality:

• Only one photo is visible, blurred so that the property cannot be identified
• Descriptions are hidden
• The presentation PDF cannot be downloaded
• Location displayed in the center of the locality as an area on maps
• Sensitive information hidden in automatic emails
• The price, title of the property, and amenities remain visible to maintain attractiveness

How do I activate this option?

Go to an active property, select Publication > Publication Options, and select “Yes” for the “Publish this property as Off-Market” option. No complex manipulation is required: everything is natively integrated into your Immomig® CRM.
