Good news: Immomig®'s artificial intelligence module for text generation is now even more flexible!
Previously only available in the PRO version, this module is now available in the LITE, PRO and DEVELOPER versions. Above all, it now includes the option of setting your own prompts for description generation. This gives you the freedom to indicate to the AI the tone you'd like to give your ads (more formal, commercial, descriptive, etc.), define specific rules according to property type, and choose which information should appear or not.


The interface also lets you :

• Select which elements (city, township, property condition, etc.) to include or exclude,
• Choose which amenities to include,
• Add additional instructions to further personalize the result.

For example, you can automatically generate :

• Ad title,
• Description/overview,
• Property situation description.

Thanks to this new tool, your ads become even more faithful to your agency identity, while saving precious time on a daily basis. Simply set your preferences, click on "Generate alternative text with AI", and you're done!

How do I access the AI module in Immomig®?

To configure your AI generation parameters (general prompts or by property type):
Properties > Configuration > AI descriptions

To generate AI text for a specific property:
Properties > Click on the desired property > Data > Descriptions > then in "Title", "Description/overview" or "Situation", use the "Generate text with AI" button.
