From 1 August 2021, the DemandBoost function of ImmoScout24 will be available directly from the Immomig® software. This will give you the opportunity to give your properties more visibility and to increase the number of requests you receive.
Thanks to the DemandBoost, which you can book directly from Immomig®, your properties will be published on Facebook, Instagram as well as on the Scout24 group's and partners' display network (Nzz.ch, Blick.ch, 20min.ch, Ricardo.ch, etc.). The advantage of this tool is that you have no additional costs for the creation of the advertising material and you do not need to coordinate with an agency.
The advertising material for the different platforms is created automatically and your campaign is online within 72 hours. Targeting by price, flat, house and region is created to increase the effectiveness of your campaign. Moreover, you can choose the duration: from 2 to 4 weeks with 300/600 clicks or until the property is no longer online on IS24 (sold/rented).
