A small step for IMMOMIG AG, a big step for you, dear users! We are pleased to present the new market value estimates for single-family houses and condominiums, available only for PRO customers. The new software functionality is based on the valuation models of Wüest Partner and will be available in two stages.
The first step - the summary assessment - is already available in Immomig®. Test it now!
Based on the most important characteristics of the object, a price range is automatically calculated for all sales objects. Depending on the other characteristics of the property, the «true market value» will be at the lower or upper end of the price range. The summary valuation is based on the hedonic valuation models of Wüest Partner AG.
