The French-speaking magazine "Bilan" in partnership with the SVIT Romandie is once again organising a competition this year to reward the best real estate projects finished during the last 18 months in the French-speaking part.
Judged by a jury composed of recognized professionals, the candidates will be evaluated according to several criteria such as the architectural quality of the building, its ecology or its integration into its environment. Only the best realizations will be rewarded and, as a result, the winners will receive a trophy that will be given at a public ceremony in Lausanne in the autumn as well as a certificate and a label to distinguish their real estate project.
A presentation of the winning projects will also be published in a supplement of " Bilan " magazine, which will be published in October and on the websites www.bilan.ch and www.svit-romandie.ch This is a great opportunity to promote your work!
