The “Publication Rotation” module is a tool helps you reduce your monthly listing costs. How? Immomig® automatically alternates the publication of all your properties over the course of a month. For example, if your subscription to portal X is limited to 10 properties, but you wish to publish 25, Immomig® ensures that each property is published for 3 consecutive days, then automatically removed and replaced by another property selected at random. You also have the possibility to select certain properties that will remain published permanently.

Thanks to this module, you can save money without reducing your chances of selling or renting. Indeed, when a property is published, the first three days generate the most leads, before the engagement starts to decline. As a result, the publication performance remains comparable whether you publish your 30 properties simultaneously or use the “Publication Rotation” module.
